# Merchant tickets

> Read and reply to support tickets with a Bearer API key.

POST /api/merchant/v1/stores/{storeId}/tickets/{ticketId}/reply

POST /api/merchant/v1/stores/{storeId}/tickets/{ticketId}/reopen
```

Scopes: `ticket:read` · `ticket:write` · ceiling `manageTickets`

Reply:

```

Close:

```json theme={null}
{ "reason": "Resolved" }
```

Staff replies are always stored as admin messages. Closed tickets reject further customer-style replies.
